jilivs operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. As part of our KYC process, we may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or other government-issued photo ID.

In no event shall jilivs's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilivs account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
